Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders extended their win streak to a program-record seven with a 3-1 victory over the Lions of Emmanuel College tonight at Hayes Gymnasium. North Greenville took the opening set fairly easily with a score of 25-17 and a .480 attack percentage for the set. NGU had a harder time in set two, committing six errors but would still go on to win the second set 25-22. Set three proved to be a competitive one with Emmanuel ultimately taking it 25-23 to force a 4th set. Extra points would be needed as the two teams went back and fourth, but NGU would go on to finally take the final set 27-25. NGU posted an attack percentage of .322 for the match and led by a wide margin in blocks 15-6.
