The North Greenville Crusaders were able to get their bats going, but ultimately came up short today in Newberry, South Carolina with final scores of 9-4 and 6-4 against the Newberry Wolves. Although NGU was able to score nine runs on ten hits and nine walks for the day, they were unable to keep the Wolves off the board. Newberry posted eighteen total runs on 25 hits and five walks. Coming off of a no-hitter,
Morgan Hatchell took the mound to start game one but made it just a third of an inning allowing three runs off five hits.
Bailey Pace pitched a respectable 4.0 innings and allowed just three runs but was charged with the loss in game one. Pace also took the start for game two, pitching the first 4.2 innings. She allowed four earned runs before being relieved by
Hailey Wells, who was charged with the loss.

- Brianna McRae combined for three hits including a home run and a triple. She knocked in a total of three runs.
- Bailey Pace had a busy day, pitching a total of 8.2 innings. She allowed seven earned runs on twelve hits and walked four while striking out three.
- Hailey Wells closed out both games, pitching 3.0 total innings and allowing five runs on eight hits and a walk.
