Hickory, N.C. – Men's Golf finished 9th at the Lenoir-Rhyne Fall Invitational this week with a team score of 904.
The Crusaders a tournament best total of 298 in the second round of the three-round tournament with a 306 and a 300 in the first and third rounds.
Karsten Shields led North Greenville in scoring and finished the tournament tied for 17th. Shields posted scores of 79, 70, and 74. Bryce Honeck finished two spots behind in 19th with two rounds of 76 and a 72 to close out the tournament. Shields finished with a total of 223 while Honeck shot a 224.
Trey Cauthen shot a total of 228 for the week with rounds of 75, 74, and 79. He finished tied for 28th. Nick Howell finished in 34th after shooting a pair of 76's and a 78 (230) while Brenden Tigert shot a 239 (82, 79, 78) and finished in 61st.
