Bristol – North Greenville men's golf finished in sixth at the King University invite this week with a score of 603. It was the first tournament of the year for the Crusaders after course conditions caused the cancellation of their scheduled season opener last week.
Miller Harbin led the Charge for the Crusaders shooting a pair of 74's during the two-round event. Harbin shot a total of 148 which resulted in a tournament finish of 18
th.
Brenden Tigert finished tied with Harbin for the team lead, also shooting a 148. Tigert shot a 73 and a 75.
Kobie Morton tacked on a 31
st place finish overall and was third on the team with scores of 74 and 77 which resulted in a two-day total of 151 while
Karsten Shields shot a 79 and 77 to finish with a total of 156. He finished tied for 40
th.
Bryce Honeck shot a 160 with rounds of 82 and 78.
