Banner Elk, N.C. – North Greenville fell to 0-4 in Conference Carolinas play on Tuesday after a 6-1 loss to Lees-McRae.
The Crusaders dropped the doubles point as the Bobcats swept tandem play. The Crusaders fell by scores of 6-3, 6-3, and 6-0 to the Bobcats.
In singles play,
Jhovana Brena earned the only win for North Greenville with a 6-3 withdraw in the 2-spot.
Larissa Berger lost 6-4, 6-3 in the number one spot while
Mitzy Enderink lost 1-6, 6-4, 0-6 in the third spot.
Naomi Sakakibara lost 8-4 and
Makena Newsome fell 6-0, 6—0.
Merit Morgan fell 8-0.
