Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders improved their overall record to 10-2 and conference record to 7-2 with a 3-0 victory against the Lees-McRae Bobcats. Currently, the Crusaders are on a 5-game winning streak and hold 2nd place in the Conference Carolinas standings.
Jackson Gilbert had yet another solid match, posting 13 kills.

Recap
- Lees-McRae was able to stick with the Crusaders on the scoreboard early on in the opening set, but that would change when NGU went on a 15-3 run. North Greenville would end up winning the 1st set easily with a score of 25-13. The Crusaders were strong offensively, recording a .471 hitting percentage for the set.
- The Crusaders were able to pull ahead early on in set 2. Lees-McRae would put up a fight, but a sizable deficit throughout the set proved to be too much to recover from as NGU would take set 2 with a score of 25-15.
- Set 3 began on a mostly even note, but North Greenville would once again pull away in the middle of the set. Although LMC gave NGU some trouble closing out the set, the Crusaders would go on to take the final set 25-20.
Individual
- Jackson Gilbert put together another solid performance, recording 13 kills along with 5 digs, 4 total blocks, and 2 service aces.
- Sergio Carrillo provided 32 assists and 8 digs.
- Brandon Baker posted 6 kills, 2 service aces, a block, and a dig.
