Spartanburg – North Greenville men suffered their first loss of the season on Thursday, falling to Wofford College 7-0.
The Division I Terriers earned the point for doubles, taking three wins from the Crusaders.
Alex Kostka and
Tuur Vos put up the most resistence but fell to Williams and Keim 7-6 in the end.
Kyle Praschan and
Giacomo Garini dropped a 6-2 decision while
Anthony Cassini and
Lucas Cardoso fell 6-0.
Kostka once again proved to be a difficult win for Wofford, winning one set but eventually fell 1-6, 7-5, 2-10.
Giacomo Garini fell 0-6, 1-6 in the #2 spot while
Tuur Vos and
Lucas Cardoso dropped 1-6, 0-6 decisions.
Kyle Praschan fell 2-6, 0-6 while
Anthony Cassini lost 0-6, 0-6.
North Greenville will look to bounce back on Saturday at 11:30 vs. Young Harris.
