Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders fell to the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College with a final score of 68-58 at Hayes Gymnasium. After being outscored 21-14 in the 1st quarter, the Crusaders bounced back with a strong 2nd quarter to cut the deficit down to four. However, Young Harris would outscore NGU in the 3rd and 4th quarter to ultimately take a twelve point victory back to Young Harris, Georgia.

- Jayda Glass would get the Crusaders on the board first with a jump shot, but Young Harris would score the next ten points to take a 10-7 lead early on. Two three pointers by Haylee Luttrell would cut the NGU deficit to one. The Mountain Lions would close out the opening quarter with an 8-3 run to lead 21-14.
- A very competitive 2nd quarter would see the two teams alternate baskets throughout. A late run by the Crusaders cut the deficit down to just two points. Two free throws by YHC would result in a four point lead for Young Harris at halftime.
- The third quarter saw the Crusaders continue to remain in striking distance, trailing by five or less points for most of the quarter. However, an 11-5 run late in the quarter by the Mountain Lions opened up a nine point lead at the end of three.
- Young Harris was able to get off to a fast start, scoring six of the first nine points to open up a twelve point lead. From there, the two teams would alternate points throughout the remainder of the quarter. A late three pointer by Jykya Bell put NGU back within eight, but four late points by the Lions closed out the game to put YHC back up by twelve.

- Jayda Glass led the Crusaders with thirteen points.
- Haylee Luttrell hit double digits yet again, scoring twelve points. She also provided three steals.
- Jykya Bell posted seven points and four rebounds.
