- A competitive first half resulted in five shots for each team. NGU's fourth shot resulted in a goal by Christopher Holschner in the 29th minute. UMO would get the final shot of the half off, but Reno Van der Meer would provide the save to keep NGU on top at halftime.
- Mount Olive would score the equalizer just five minutes into the second half. Immediately after, the Crusaders would reclaim the lead when Gareth Greene scored a goal with an assist by Kalvin Semedo. Around five minutes later, UMO would score again to once again tie things up. They would quickly take the lead in the 57th minute with a goal by Alfie Pope. He would then score a second goal less than five minutes later to give the Trojans a two goal lead. North Greenville would be unable to post a shot for the remainder of the match as the Trojans would hang on for the comeback victory.
